IHG’s ask for this project was that Dagger concept and execute a photoshoot centered around their B2B sales team. The assets from this photoshoot would then be utilized across print and digital media for ads, convention decor, and website imagery.

Inspired by Mark Seliger’s 2017 Vanity Fair Oscar Party portraits, we aimed for a simplified aesthetic, using mid-century modern furniture pieces with minimal propping. The sellers — who are real employees of IHG — were asked to bring in their own wardrobe and accessories to ensure the final imagery evoked a sense of natural, comfortable professionalism.
